Blood microsamples in GLORIA with Neoteryx
Neoteryx supports blood microsampling in the GLORIA project

Neoteryx by Trajan is supporting the collection of blood microsamples in the GLORIA Citizen Science project.
GLORIA (Gezondheidsmonitor in Dutch) is a long-term health study based in Ghent, Belgium. Over the next 20 years, it will follow 20,000 healthy Ghentians to gain insights into health and aging. This initiative will generate one of the largest and most complex datasets ever collected at Ghent University.
At OncoRNALab, we are contributing to GLORIA by extracting RNA from blood samples using two collection methods: traditional venous blood draws and blood microsampling.
Blood microsampling provides a minimally invasive and painless alternative to venipuncture. Thanks to the generous support of Neoteryx, we will be able to collect microsamples from 1,800 participants using their Mitra® devices.
