Best of Luck Johanna and Lidia!

Johanna and Lidia finished their internship at OncoRNAlab

Johanna and Lidia, two outstanding members of our lab, who have completed their enriching internship with us, are now embarking on the next chapters of their academic journeys. Their positive impact on our team and the valuable experiences they shared will be cherished. As they venture forward, we extend our heartfelt gratitude and best wishes for their continued success. Farewell, Johanna and Lidia

As expressed by Philippe Decruyenaere, Johanna’s tutor:

“We had the pleasure to welcome Johanna as a visiting researcher from Groningen, the Netherlands, in our lab. Johanna has dedicated herself to unravel the complexities of circular RNA abundance in the plasma and tissue of lymphoma patients. Your keen insights, meticulous work ethics, and collaborative spirit have enriched our research team. The past several months working alongside you have been both inspiring and productive, and we are confident that a bright future lies ahead! We wish you continued success in all your future endeavors and look forward to the day our paths cross again.”

As part of her Master dissertation at the University of Bologna, Lydia did an Erasmus internship in the OncoRNALab focusing on implementation of novel RNA editing technologies to the RNA-protein interaction interfaces. We were happy to have hosted her and wish her all the best on her future endeavors!
