Welcome Charlotte!
We welcome Charlotte Stubbe to the OncoRNALab team!

Charlotte joined the OncoRNALab as a doctoral fellow in February 2025. She earned her bachelor’s degree in Biomedical Sciences from the University of Ghent, followed by a master’s degree in Biomedical Sciences with a major in Neurosciences from the University of Antwerp in 2024. As part of her master’s studies, she completed her thesis abroad at the University of Groningen in the Netherlands. During her master’s, Charlotte developed a strong interest in computational analyses, leading her to return to the University of Ghent for an additional semester focused on Bioinformatics.
For her doctoral research, Charlotte is working on integrating cell-free RNA profiles using liquid biopsies to enable minimally invasive phenotyping, risk stratification, and patient follow-up in diffuse large B-cell lymphoma (DLBCL). Her research aims to contribute to a more comprehensive precision oncology approach.
