Abstract This thesis explores the use of circulating cell-free RNA (cfRNA) as a biomarker source for diagnosing and monitoring non-Hodgkin lymphomas, with a focus on diffuse large B-cell lymphoma (DLBCL), primary mediastinal B-cell lymphoma (PMBCL), and Waldenström macroglobulinemia (WM).
