Eveline obtained a Bachelor in Pharmaceutical and Biological Laboratory Technology (HoGent, 1996).

From 1997-2001, she was a research technician at the laboratory of Molecular Cell Biology (UGent). She had experience in cloning, DNA-isolation, PCR, DNA-sequencing.

From 2001-2017, I was a technician at the laboratory of Pharmaceutical Biotechnology (UGent) with experience in the phorensic sciences.

From 2017-2018 she was a research technician at NXTGNT (UGent). There she had experience in RT-qPCR, RNA sequencing library preparation, nucleic acid extraction from tissues and body fluids.

As of May 2018, she is a full-time cancer research technician in the Center for Medical Genetics. She has experience in RT-qPCR, digital PCR, RNA sequencing library preparation, nucleic acid extraction from tissues and body fluids, cell culture, functional cell assays, RNA quality control, amplicon and library fragment analysis, and library size selection.
