OncoRNALab @ RNA society meeting 2022

Four lab members of the OncoRNALab attended the 27th annual RNA society meeting in Boulder this year. Ramiro Martinez, Fien Gysens, and Jill Deleu each had the opportunity to present their posters titled ‘Identifying lncRNA modulators of T-cell - Tumor cells interaction to enhance immune checkpoint inhibition therapies’, ‘A 3’-end capture sequencing method for high-throughput targeted gene expression profiling’, and ‘Whole transcriptome profiling of liquid biopsies from tumor xenografted mouse models enables specific monitoring of tumor-derived extracellular RNA’, respectively. Marieke Vromman presented her talk titled ‘Large-scale benchmarking of circular RNA detection tools’ during the Bioinformatics and Genomics session. Who can find Ramiro on the picture?!
